Massachusetts law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record questions follow M.G.L. c.66 §10, the exemptions in M.G.L. c.4 §7(26), and 950 CMR 32.00. Access to vital records is also limited by M.G.L. c.46 §§1, 2A, and 13; protected addresses are addressed through M.G.L. c.9A and 950 CMR 130.00; and RMV personal information is restricted by 18 U.S.C. §2721 et seq.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A pattern of stalking or harassment is prohibited and may violate M.G.L. c.265 §43.
