Data You Give Us Directly
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is submitted to the third-party provider that supplies the result service. Our servers do not keep a copy of those search terms. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Data Collected by Routine Use
Our host may create standard server logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We use aggregate information to operate and maintain the service and to understand overall traffic. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
We use this limited information to operate the site, correct problems, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Custodians
Links may lead to the Town of Westford, Middlesex North Registry, MassCourts, libraries, archives, or third-party search services. The terms and privacy practices of the destination control information submitted there, including sponsored results supplied by another company. Massachusetts public-record access is governed by M.G.L. c.66 §10, its exemptions at M.G.L. c.4 §7(26), and 950 CMR 32.00, not by this policy.
Who May Process It
Hosting and support providers can process server-log information for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure or when otherwise permitted by law.
How Information Is Safeguarded
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or member profiles maintained by this site. The Address Confidentiality Program, M.G.L. c.9A and 950 CMR 130.00, protects qualifying addresses through state processes; it is not administered by this private reference.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Data Rights
You may ask about personal data this private site holds, request correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Because we keep little, a request generally involves the contact mailbox and relevant logs. Use the Contact page. This policy does not promise a broad Massachusetts consumer-privacy right. Records held by public custodians are outside our control: vital-record limits arise under M.G.L. c.46 §§1, 2A, and 13, and RMV personal information is restricted by the federal DPPA, 18 U.S.C. §2721 et seq. Direct a public-record request, correction, or restriction question to the actual custodian.
Updates to This Policy
Any revision to this policy will appear here. Your continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy. Using information to stalk, harass, or harm someone is prohibited and may violate M.G.L. c.265 §43.
